Responsible for full P&L lifecycle management of Truist’s business credit card portfolio from acquisition to closure. Work strategically with internal/external partners to acquire and engage the right clients, ensure consistency among products and deliverables, and influence change & drive profitable growth with data and insights in accordance with Truist’s purpose, mission, values and adherence to regulatory governance and enterprise risk appetite
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Portfolio Management: Utilize strong analytical skills to perform complex research and monitor key performance product trends on credit, financial, and operational metrics to maximize revenue, engage and retain clients and manage potential risk factors. Present/escalate significant findings to executive leadership and key channel partnerships. Day-to-day management of small business credit card products; manage product profitability, implement product feature/benefit changes to align with industry parity or innovation and build comprehensive roadmap for existing product enhancements with support partners. Product Promotion: Influence acquisition and account management marketing strategy in conjunction with key partners and stakeholders; includes client targeting/optimization, channel strategy, campaign timing, cost efficiencies, fraud solutions, and performance. External Vendors: Ability to interpret and dissect benchmarking analysis and recommendations provided by third parties, such as Visa, MasterCard and Argus, to direct change and position Truist as an industry leader and innovator in the business credit card product ecosystem. Build Relationships: Develop, grow, and nurture strong relationships with matrix partners across the organization. Act as “champion challenger” to influence strategy and lead change with retail, credit risk, portfolio optimization, channel distribution, marketing, fraud, collections and finance teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education or related training10+ years of combined relevant financial industry experience with emphasis on analytics and reporting5+ years of product management experience working with a card issuer in product, operations or strategy/analytics (Banking, Credit Card and/or small business products)Advanced Power Point presentation skills – ability to quickly synthesize information and build a deck to effectively communicate and influence audience Preferred Qualifications:
