Responsible for providing analytical and administrative support on execution of divisional, group and team projects including but not limited to, performing reporting, analytics, insights and process reviews while also serving as a subject-matter expert for various bank and Wealth systems, products, services and processes. Participates in project management activities.
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Develop and maintain periodic leadership reports and analyses related to business performance, system functionality, training, and/or departmental initiatives necessary to management. Serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned area around divisional products, services, systems and policies/procedures. Assist and collaborate in the various stages and phases of strategic planning and project management as needed on divisional initiatives, contributing meaningful insights. Conduct industry research and competitive analysis as needed. Continued focus on process improvement. Perform various administrative tasks such as creating presentations, organizing meetings, assembling marketing materials, etc. Assist with training staff on new processes, systems, programs, etc.

A college degree or comparable business experience focused towards business analysis, project management or computer sciences. A working knowledge or ability to learn databases, microcomputer hardware and software used by Truist Wealth Lines of Business. Knowledge or ability to learn report query applications such as Microsoft ACCESS and SQL Query. Experience with or ability to learn process flow tools such as Visio. Strong oral and written communication skills and well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
A thorough understanding and demonstrated application of analytical principals as well as adept, creative problem solving abilities. The ability to work in a dynamic environment subject to the evolving demands of detailed project work.
Broad Brokerage, Trust accounting and system application knowledge.
