Please review the following job description:

This role is a mandatory office-based position with approximately a 30% travel schedule and requires On-call availability. The position is supporting our Executive team, a sense of urgency is a must.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Tech

  • Conferencing and meeting connectivity familiarity with multiple platforms including but not limited to: Zoom, Webex, Teams

  • Familiarity with video end points, including plan, build and run of Cisco endpoints, Surface Hubs and MTRs.

  • Admin experience with Webex Control Hub and Teams admin.

  • Audio visual experience with staging, lighting, run of show, calling the show and camera experience.

  • Familiarity with A/V equipment such as Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure

  • PC experience with MS Office products (esp. Outlook and Teams), Webex, Clickshare

  • Mobile device experience with iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android to include advanced troubleshooting skills of MobileIron, Authenticator, Apps@work, Web@work, Email+, Webex app, Teams app, RSA soft token

  • Video editing experience- Wirecast

Business

  • Maintain a proactive, positive and efficient attitude at all times to support executive leaders.

  • Travel ahead of executive leaders to prepare technology meetings and connectivity.

  • White glove support experience

  • In office 100% with the ability to travel: 30%

  • Must have a sense of urgency to resolve problems/issues encountered. Follow-thru in a professional and timely manner is required.

  • Navigates ambiguity and Works well under pressure.

  • Punctual, possessing the “sense of urgency” and “sense of OWNERSHIP.” Never settling for sub-standard work on their own initiative.

  • Someone who works well as part of a team, both immediate and company-wide, but who can happily operate self-sufficiently, calling for help when needed but never saying “that’s not my job.” Confident, responsible.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a business or IT field, or equivalent education and related training

  2. Five years of experience managing in an IT environment

  3. Five years of experience implementing and supporting large scale web/middleware solutions

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  5. Demonstrated proficiency in learning and applying technical concepts

  6. Ability to successfully interact with all levels of management across all lines of business and negotiate complex technical issues

  7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
