The IAM Lead Strategist-, develops & maintains solution using technologies as ASP.net, C#, HTML, JavaScript and SSIS. Demonstrates strong communications skills, aptitude for working with the business, and propensity to learn new technology. Participates in requirements gathering and research, proposes technology solutions, and develops solutions within agreed upon timelines.

  1. Develop and maintain SQL Databases.

  2. Develop and maintain database stored procedures, views, and functions that support integration of applications.

  3. Create and maintain technical documentation.

  4. Assure security of data from external parties and for management of row-level-security within the organization

  5. Design and deploy data table structures, reports, and queries.

  6. Write and edit scripts based on team direction and feedback.

  7. Performs root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of problem and manages the resolution of complex problems.

  8. Ability to work effectively in virtual environments where key team members and partners are in various locations

  • Lead collaboration efforts with internal and external IT service providers and business units in evaluating and gathering technical requirements for business clients’ information security initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and shape client expectations by driving initiatives and matching outcomes to expectations.

  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure program elements including risk assessments, application development, project management, and ongoing operations reflect CIS requirements.

  • Act as a thought leader and trusted partner enabling business units to more aggressively leverage its capabilities to drive business value and strengthen its role in upholding Truist's competitive advantage.

  • Drive initiatives that improve communication and documentation of potential solutions, impact analysis, benefits/risks, implementation requirements, and recommended approach.

  • Advise and consult on options, improvements, cost savings opportunities and cross-project impact to other business processes and systems priorities.

  • Remain aware of the corporate technology, infrastructure, standards, processes, and strategic direction and use these tools to help guide the client in accomplishing their business goals.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology related field or equivalent education and related training

  • Excellent ability to express complex multi-disciplinary technical and business concepts in terms that are understandable to all levels of Lines of Business and corporate management both verbally and in writing.

  • Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity terms, concepts, disciplines, frameworks, best practices, and industry/regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualification:

  • Two/four degree in IS related curriculum or equivalent education and related training.

  • Software development experience using Microsoft tool as SSIS, SSRS, MS SQL Server.

  • Substantial familiarity with .NET framework, web services, APIs, and Microsoft Visual Studio

  • Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design including model-view-controller (MVC).

  • Experience creating web APIs and web pages within the ASP.NET framework.

  • Designs, builds, and maintains C# code for software and applications that run on Windows systems.

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript & HTML.

  • Able to write bash scripts.

  • Database Development using MS SQL.

  • Experience in Data Migration from various systems to SQL Server Database

  • Optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues.

  • Experience using Oracle PL/SQL.

  • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio

  • Experience with different project development life cycle methodologies such as Waterfall Model, agile/scrum to iterate quickly on product changes, developing user stories, and working through backlogs.

  • Writing complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.

  • Familiarity with Active Directory is a plus.
