The IAG Associate provides support to senior members of the team that develop and provide recommendations for the firm’s overall investment outlook, The IAG Associate is intended as an entry level positon, assisting our more senior professionals with investment management duties that support more than $300 billion of assets under advisement.
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Assist senior investment professionals in assembling and reviewing data, conducting research and analysis, running reports, updating databases, and distributing reports.
Help to create and review presentations, including proofing, editing and distributing investment commentaries, white papers, and related publications for internal and external (client) use.
Assist in maintaining research frameworks and models for the coverage and recommendations of specific equity, fixed income, and non-traditional asset classes and strategies as well capital market assumptions.
Assist with trading and related operational duties as well as materials and documentation.
Support and respond to advisor and client requests and questions.
This IAG role will primarily support both our equity strategy and portfolio & market strategy teams

Minimum 1 to 2 years of investment-related experience
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong quantitative, research and analytical skills
Ability to take initiative and work on multiple tasks or projects at one time
Exceptional level of skill in use of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or finance-related
Working toward CFA Charter or other relevant designations
Broad knowledge of investments and/orrelated experience
Experience with investment research tools such as FactSet, Bloomberg, and Haver Analytics and highly skilled in MS Office PowerPoint and Excel
Required to pass the Series 65 within the first 90 days of employment (unless there is a qualifying exemption).
