The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to Truist Sourcing & Supply Management (“TSSM”) Operations team by performing Quality Assurance on key elements of the Procure-to-Pay process as well as execution of administrative tasks in support of the Procurement Operations function.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.
Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Responsible for the inline quality assurance review of the third party contract onboarding process to proactively identify potential discrepancies in the Service Request Form.
Responsible for monthly review of net new completed contracts to identify instances where risks were not accepted or remediated prior to contract execution.
Provide support to the Director of Procure-to-Pay Operations to ensure that all record retention responsibilities are executed.
Responsible for ensuring that net new suppliers are enabled for invoice submission in a timely manner.
Responsible for management and maintenance of the TSSM Delegation of Authority list and associated documents.
Responsible for management and maintenance of the Restricted Supplier and Complex Third Party lists.
Responsible for management and maintenance of centralized Procurement Operations mailboxes.
Responsible for various administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Ensuring that Service Request Forms are marked complete and cancelled when appropriate
- Distribution of SRF notifications to Category Directors/Managers for terminations and MNDAs
- Execution of daily, weekly and monthly reporting tasks
- Distribution of Customer Satisfaction Surveys for restricted third parties
- Retrieval of third party contacts when requested
- Ensuring that both Certificate of Insurance and Document Destructions uploaded to the contract repository
- Coordination of consent notice initiatives when appropriate. Required Qualifications:

1-3+ years of experience with procurement operations, EFP, eProcurement, eCatalog, contract management, eRFX strategies and technologies
Good teamwork skills to work with other departments to plan and execute enhancement, upgrade and on-going deployment of the above technologies
Strong facilitation skills to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across Truist to implement purchase-to-pay technologies
Experience with process, quality control and workflow management and design preferred
Knowledge of legal contract terminology and conditions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and problem solve Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of leading P2P technology practices and trends
Experience with ERP and P2P systems
Proficiency in Microsoft suite
Previous experience in financial service industry
