Reporting to the Divisional Sales Manager of the Investment Consulting Group, the ICG Regional Director is responsible for providing advice and guidance to our Truist Wealth client facing Advisors to help identify suitable advisory solutions and platforms for Truist Wealth clients.

Territory: GA, TN, KY, and AL

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Proactively contact Truist Wealth client facing Advisors to gain meetings to discuss actionable sales ideas that lead to increased advisory new accounts. Travel an assigned territory by creating a rotation that targets a group of Advisors that present the largest advisory new accounts opportunities. Expectation is 36-50 appointments per month. Service the current advisory account assets through operational and maintenance support efforts. Articulate a deep knowledge of advisory platforms, investment solutions, portfolio construction, and technology best practices. Assist Complex Financial Advisor Managers in the Financial Advisor recruiting and onboarding process. Meet or exceed annual territory new advisory accounts and revenue goals. Active in creating advisory training curriculum and capable of delivering the content in mid to large meeting and boot camp settings. Maintain a quarterly top 50 Advisor focus list and document Advisor conversations in CRM. Partner with other Truist Wealth lines of business leaders to share best practices on how to create a better Advisor-Client experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree requiredFINRA Series 7, Series 66 required

Preferred Qualifications:

CFP, CIMA, or CFA preferred 5-10 years of investment wholesaling experience.
