Leverage information related to sales, operating procedures, performance metrics, as well as, internal and external business intelligence to provide relevant insights and recommendations regarding business opportunities and challenges for the CIG CRE line of business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Synthesize a wide range of information and analyses in support of strategic business initiatives across CIG CRE.
Serve as primary liaison with key functional partners, including but not limited to the CIG Data and Analytics team and the Digital Transformation Salesforce team.
Partner with the CIG Data and Analytics team in the maintenance and development of information dashboards including the Sales Dashboard, Portfolio Dashboard and Executive Dashboard.
Partner with others on the Transformation and Enablement team on communication/training regarding dashboards.
Provide information/data support for sales teams which may include providing regular weekly, monthly, quarterly or ad hoc reporting for the CIG CRE Divisions and CIG CRE leadership.
Own overarchingprocess for client assignment and migrations for CIG CRE..
Serve as primary CIG CRE Salesforce subject matter expert.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field, and specific knowledge/experience with supporting educational background, or equivalent education and related training
5 years of related experience
Expert knowledge of the business unit and related industry
Knowledge or experience in strategic planning/projects/process management
Demonstrated ability to achieve desired results
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Excels in problem-solving, partnership, communications, persuasion, and negotiation
Experience in data management and analytics.
5 years in CRE banking organization at a regional or super regional bank
