Please review the following job description:

Manage team responsible for analyzing sales practices data, and case creation and escalation; provide quality reviews to ensure streamlined and consistent resolution of cases; and effectively communicate findings, recommendations and impacts of changed or new policies on incentives and/or teammate behavior.

  1. Manage the governance of business practices across the Retail Community Bank to include Branch Banking, Premier Banking, and Client Contact Center, leveraging information on sales, operating procedures, performance metrics, internal and external business intelligence to make recommendations.

  2. Partners with executive business leadership assisting them in understanding their business practices risk and builds a path forward to mitigate risks; identifies business opportunities and challenges; makes recommendations regarding the development of organization policies, processes, and practices in various areas (e.g. personnel, financial performance, organization design, quality, risk, compliance).

  3. Develops the strategic roadmap including building processes, controls and reporting to monitor process execution for Consumer Business Practices and leads a team that executes initiatives across products, distribution, and functional partners

  4. Partners with Enterprise Risk and the Enterprise Ethics Officer to establish a functional framework of processes and controls to prevent, detect, and respond to identified business practices risks

  5. Responsible for monitoring, execution and analysis of controls, SLAs and other key metrics to ensure effective business practices/processes. Participates in management reviews, including presenting, interpreting, summarizing and recommending courses of action.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field

  2. 10+ years work experience in the industry, working with specific analytics tools relative to Sales Practices, including MS Office and industry-specific software /systems

  3. Demonstrated excellence in analysis, leadership, change management, project management, negotiation, persuasion, directing others, and communication

  4. Demonstrated ability to synthesize and draw conclusions from variant information sources

  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with Senior and Executive Management and manage large projects across diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years management experience

  2. Demonstrated ability to achieve desired results.

  3. Expert knowledge of Sales Practices.
