Please review the following job description:

  • Create and execute test scenarios and cases in support of system testing. Analyze and report test results including defect and test summary reports. Work with defined testing tools and processes to ensure software quality.

  • Lead the testing requirements and design reviews, including overseeing the work of testing teams.

  • Create and execute moderate to complex test scenarios and cases.

  • Track and monitor defects.

  • Report testing status via test summary and defect reporting.

  • Support a specific application(s) that may support a specific line of business (LOB), channel or other business function.

  • Serve as Subject matter expert (SME) from a software testing perspective for application(s) in assigned portfolio.

  • Collaborate with other LOBs and Tech partners to ensure software quality.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field.

  • Must have 6 years of progressive experience in Software Engineering or IT Consulting positions performing/utilizing the following:

  • Software testing and quality assurance processes

  • Working knowledge of test management tools, including HP Application Lifecycle Management and Quality Center

  • Applying understanding business, functional and technical aspects applications in assigned portfolio

  • Demonstrating understanding of application landscape, including application architecture, physical and logical deployment, interfaces, and dependencies, for banking applications.

  • Utilizing experience with: Java, Selenium, Eclipse, TestNG, HP Quick Test Professional, GIT, RALLY, SOAP UI, SQL, and CA DevTest.

  • Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of and reports to Truist offices in Atlanta, GA. Must be available to travel to Atlanta, GA regularly for meetings and reviews with manager and project teams within 24-hours’ notice.
