Develop, manage, and implement the emerging capabilities in the wealth management industry to drive client acquisition, client retention and increased revenue and profitability. Focus on supporting the HNW and Ultra High Net Worth segments and capabilities with specific contribution in the following areas: digital advice delivery, diverse client strategy, competitive intelligence, education, and entertainment programming for wealth clients.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Support the development and execution of the value propositions for each client segment and capability; address personal and financial dilemmas and opportunities associated with defined client cohorts.

  • Conduct research on competitive advantages and collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) and sales leadership to establish differentiated operating models, advice and solutions.

  • Create a unique but consistent voice by designing effective and adaptable communications, facilitate message integration into overall client experience program, and analyze client feedback to continually drive innovation and competitive advantage of the offering.

  • Leverage client engagement feedback to refine overall segment strategy, value proposition, solutions line up, sales and service model to improve satisfaction

  • Partner with other lines of business (RCB, CCB, etc) and enterprise teams (Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product Management) to ensure a graduated client experience into wealth and comprehensive offerings for products, solutions, and services

  • Liaise between data, technology, risk management, compliance, legal, sales and service teams to effectively leverage client information to ensure a consistent, high touch, and innovative client experience.

  • Partner with these teams to build programmatic approaches to track segment growth, profitability, areas of success and opportunities.

  • Responsible for identifying areas of risk and minimizing those risks through constant evaluations of policies and procedures working closely with the compliance and legal teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline

  • Executive communication skills, including research and presentation development

  • Strategic planning and project management experience

  • Ability to work in matrix environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Problem Solving and basic office software products

  • Have ability to independently research and develop comprehensive competitive advantage analysis

  • 7 years of experience in financial services, banking or wealth management

  • Advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, PhD, or other financial services designations)

  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM, Excel, Sharepoint and PowerPoint
