Please review the following job description:
Provide Compliance and Regulatory services to McGriff teammates relating to Carrier/Intermediary Approval and Contracting, Broker Service Agreements (fee agreements), Outside Producer Agreements, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other compliance and market conduct matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform detailed work relating to Carrier/Intermediary Approval and Contracting, Broker Service Agreements (fees), Outside Producer Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Market Security, and Information Security as it relates to insurance industry compliance and regulatory issues.
Provide support to other McGriff departments that require assistance relating to insurance industry compliance and regulatory issues.
Complete assignments as requested in a timely manner.
Continue developing overall knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues using continuing education and professional certification and keeping abreast of current trends, new developments, practices and regulations for insurance industry compliance.
Consistently deliver world class client service and strive to be the “Best of the Best”. Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
Compliance or other appropriate work experience of at least one year
Strong initiative and willingness to learnKnowledge of McGriff Agency Management System(s) and other software applications such as Microsoft Office.
Insurance Industry knowledge and experience with various lines of coverage(Commercial, Personal, EB, Title, etc.)
Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work autonomously day to day
