Provide superior customer service to medium and large commercial accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Handle all daily servicing needs of the client including, but not limited to:
- Account Service
Handles requests from clients and carriers for policy changes, certificates, invoicing, underwriting information.
Establish and maintain a good business relationship with both clients and company personnel; work with Producer and Marketing Account Executive to resolve any issues.
Obtain new/renewal information from the clients and carriers
Assist in preparation and review of applications for submission to carriers
- Prepare and issue binders, certificates, invoices, etc. on new and renewal business.
Prepare premium finance contracts.
Document direct bills.
Handle accounting discrepancies.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Considerable technical expertise and knowledge of all commercial lines of insurance and experience servicing medium to large commercial accounts
Organized, detail oriented, persuasive and quality focused
Strong client relation skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
