Access to corporate management continues to be a key determinant of how our clients allocate commission dollars. Corporate Access plans and manages equity conferences, non-deal road shows and other subject matter expert, issuing corporation executives and institutional investor engagements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Liaise with company management teams, equity research and institutional sales to develop and execute corporate access events.

  2. Effectively market Corporate Access events internally to research sales and sales trading.

  3. Work closely with research sales and sales trading to monetize Corporate Access events.

  4. Assist with the preparation of corporate and investor briefing books with the ultimate goal of increasing Corporate Access events.

  5. Assist with the creation of feedback materials.

Required Qualifications:

  1. College Graduate

  2. 2 years' Experience

  3. Strong written, verbal and organizational skills

  4. Ability to interact with management teams and internal/external partners in a thoughtful and strategic manner

  5. Demonstrate leadership qualities with attentiveness to detail

  6. Strong understanding of Excel and analytical skills

  7. Quick learner of technology and the ability to multi task

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Series 7 and Series 63

The annual base salary for this position in New York is $185,000
