Please review the following job description:
Manage multiple testing efforts of releases and/ or projects of assigned systems/applications to effectively test systems and applications that enhance business products and services. Provide leadership and guidance to test analyst ensuring quality of requested changes are delivered on schedule to Lines of businesses.

Lead the cross-functional work planning for diverse and complex release and/or projects based on priority and resource availability.
Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and employee development by coaching team members to develop skills and competencies and recommend training courses.
Develop, maintain, and track quality assurance metrics related to testing efforts.
Identify risk, quality, and project issues to management and propose solutions.
Analyze business specifications and technical documentation to ensure clear understanding of proposed requests.
Serve as the subject matter expert on the quality assurance team's framework and processes.
Subject matter knowledgeable in assigned systems and/ or applications supported by Deposit Operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase quality and efficiency.
Perform audits and reviews to the Quality Assurance Repository for each systems/ application's documentation and operating processes ensuring accuracy and test coverage to requirements.

Bachelor's degree in one of the business disciplines or equivalent education and related training.
A minimum of five years of experience testing or project management.
Extensive knowledge in software development test methodologies
Proven project management skills to include experience managing multiple, concurrent projects.
Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and quickly adjust to a rapidly changing environment.
Quality Assurance or testing certification.
Experience in banking operations.
