The primary purpose of the Digital Marketing manager is to align with our organic growth goals and provide consultation and recommendations to achieve key objectives. You understand how to build a scalable digital marketing process and can lead an end to end maturity assessment that accelerates our operating model. Oversees big-picture view of all campaigns and programs, measurement, performance and relative impact on the client experience. You will lead horizontal cross channel initiatives that will impact how we go to market, in the most efficient and effective ways, leveraging our full range of capabilities.

  • Overseesstrategic planning and channel recommendations for Website marketingto support integrated marketing communications for designated business segments.

  • Manages strategy and execution team andowns collective program group performanceto business stakeholders and leadership team.

  • Oversees anddirects coordination and collaboration among team, and other cross-functional stakeholders, for messaging, campaign, and segmentation development, data provisioning and list deliverables.

  • Directs reporting, insights and analytics strategy that inform program and campaign planning and performance in continuous cycles.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training

  • Seven years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Deep specialized (SME) and/or broad knowledge within the marketing (or related) discipline

  • Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes managing a process

  • Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services

  • Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, in addition to leading a team of professionals

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities

  • Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems

  • Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective

  • Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12 years of Marketing, product management, e-commerce or consulting experience, with demonstrated ability to provide leadership and direction to lower-level digital managers and analysts

  • 10 years of experience managing the execution of successful demand generation and automation strategies

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing automation administration, utilizing marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Acoustic, Adobe Campaign, etc.) to fulfill customer journeys, drive client acquisition and retention, deliver on revenue goals.

  • Thorough knowledge of digital marketing tools, technologies and channels and how each can be leveraged to execute upon superior digital-marketing strategies.

  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, UX, Design, Compliance, Risk, and IT.

  • Ability to develop strategies that break long-term goals into short term wins to facilitate learning, quick iteration, with shorter time to market and return on investment, with demonstrated ability to apply agile marketing methodologies and processes

  • Strong quantitative, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for measuring results, identifying actionable insights

  • Working knowledge of various programming languages: Java, JavaScript, XSLT, HTML, CSS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, with a concentration in marketing, communications, or business or equivalent education and related training.

  • 10 years of experience in banking, insurance and investments across multiple client segments including consumer, small business, wealth and commercial business

  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products


Visual / Audio / Speaking

Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.

Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding

Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.


Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
