We are seeking a talented executive assistant to join our team to support our C-Suite leader. Our ideal teammate is efficient, can solve problems quickly and can hit the ground running. It is essential they have strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and have supported high-level executives. Aside from that, you are an expert in Microsoft Office and are very good at multitasking.
This position is located onsite in Charlotte, NC and you must be an Executive Assistant to be consider for this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Ensure effective communication and partnership with Executive Assistant teammates. Identify issues, research questions, and bring matters to manager’s attention.
Establish and maintain files and records.
Manage executive’s schedule (including appointments, meetings, and arrangement of travel requirements and itineraries) and correspondence by gathering information, preparing and editing communications and designing and preparing graphic presentations.
Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
Serve as a liaison, interacts with important clients, community leaders and other executives to help ensure informed and consistent decisions are made and problems are researched and resolved timely and appropriately.
Deal discreetly with confidential information.
Required Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent
Seven years administrative experience in support role with two years of experience supporting a senior level manager or professional
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including strong knowledge of spelling and grammar), organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and math skills
Ability to work independently and provide direction to other clerical staff
Ability to deal with complex situations that require sound judgment
Exhibits the poise, confidence, and interpersonal skills necessary to favorably interact with employees, clients, senior corporate officers, and directors
Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, etc.)
Ability to endure light physical labor
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
