We believe in the rigorous use of research, service design, UX/UI, and accessibility best practices to deliver quality experiences that our clients and teammates love to use. This is a hands-on design role to conceptualize and deliver human-centric solutions for our client experiences. You will be expected to produce quality work on time that meets requirements and adherence to company standards. While you develop your execution skills, gain practical skills working within complex environments and inspire others with your curiosity for craft and raw talent. You will be expected to share your work and ideas and seek consistent feedback from your peers. As a member of a larger team, you will contribute to our design culture by participating in events and building relationships within the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions

and advocate for client needs.

  1. Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.

  2. Apply design standards, industry guidelines, research results, and best

practices to ensure designs are usable and accessible.

  1. Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment.

  2. Leverage presentation skills to communicate and share design rationale.

  3. Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)

  2. Ability to communicate ideas and rationales

  3. Basic understanding of industry and discipline standards

  4. Excellent time and issue management skills

  5. Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas

  6. Ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback

  7. Proficiency in applicable software applications

  8. English language fluency

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teams

  2. Familiarity with engineering/development processes, particularly Agile

  3. A strong passion for improving people's lives through design
