Responsible for strategy and management of assigned OMNI products and programs to drive client engagement and business results. Drives Mortgage intent and execution with cross enterprise products and programs. Works at the strategic level by generating innovative ideas for growth and at the tactical level by analyzing data, solving problems, and working Agile teams to execute. Ensures alignment across stakeholders, enablement teams, and enterprise Agile teams to execute. Drives or directs the work of Project Managers and Product Owners to provide business vision and strategy ensuring capabilities and project deliverables accomplish business objectives. Moves fluidly between business stakeholders, enterprise partners and technology teams to prioritize the highest value items for delivery.

Researches, analyzes, and leverages client empathy to develop product and program strategies impacting multiple business units within Mortgage Analyzes the market and competitive environment to define a differentiated product vision that delivers unique value. Translates analyses into strategic roadmaps for assigned products or experiences. Collaborates and engages key stakeholders, technology, and other support areas in the planning and execution of projects/programs. Provides strategic direction and requirements for product owners to execute. Develops execution and adoption plans to ensure successful introduction of new capabilities and initiatives. Partners with process design, training/communications, project management, demand intake, and other partners to support the identification, prioritization, and management of efforts. Leads and/or attends Agile ceremonies, as applicable. Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project, product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.

  • 5+ years of leading cross functional teams or projects.

  • Experience defining and delivering concurrent large-scale, cross functional change and technology initiatives.

  • Proven ability to provide project and program leadership.

  • Experience in roles requiring strong communication,negotiation, and interpersonal skills along with the creation and delivery of succinct executive-level presentations toexplain and sell plans/vision.

  • Proven ability to use data analytics, research and to drive business decisions, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues.

  • High level of adaptability; responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with change, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures. Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage

  • Certified SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (or equivalent).
