Please review the following job description:
Position will be hybrid-remote and can sit within the Truist footprint, but the preference is Atlanta or Charlotte.
Responsible for the day-to-day activities required for the execution of strategic initiatives within the Retail Community Bank (RCB), as well as managing certain programs required for successful business operations.
Support strategic initiatives led by the Retail Applications and Client Engagement team
Work with respective business owners to develop, organize and execute on assigned strategic initiatives ensuring proper collaboration and integration throughout the company
Responsible for all aspects of the implementation of assigned initiatives, including:
Coordinate with various business and stakeholder groups to define scope
Support the project and funding approval processes;
Provide effective challenge and strategic analysis as appropriate;
Collaborate between impacted groups to build consensus, prioritize requests and resolve issues;
Manage issue/task lists and project schedules to ensure timely and on-budge delivery
Organize implementation activities ensuring proper testing;
Coordinate the creation of documentation, procedures, training guides and communication materials to drive overall adoption and change management
Provide leadership with routine updates to communicate the overall health of the project and escalate any concerns
- As appropriate, systematically review components of Retail processes/programs to identify potential areas of improvement based on cost/benefit analysis, client impact and/or regulatory requirement. Identify and systematize best practices to reduce unneeded process variation and improve service quality and efficiency.

Ten years of experience in any combination of financial services industry, operations, risk management, consulting, product development, or equivalent
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training
Track record of successfully implementing and managing large projects/programs
Proven ability to act as liaison between product, operations and technical groups
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's Degree in business-related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Six-Sigma Certification
Sound working knowledge of Retail Banking and holistic banking, products, services, operations, finance and systems
