Please review the following job description:

Collaborate with Talent leaders to effectively manage centralized Talent technology and data in support of corporate and business strategy. Provide learning technology administration and execution services, including designing, implementing, and supporting learning execution strategies. Provide reporting insights for Talent needs, such as analysis of audiences for training assignments. Drive low to medium complexity technology projects to success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Collaborate with all teams within the learning organization to execute training programs including designing program structures, building records, constructing and validating complex deployments.

  2. Establish standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of learning programs.

  3. Coordinate services with the learning teams, human resources information systems, and Enterprise Technology to ensure efficiency of operations, maintain system performance and data integrity.

  4. Serve as the primary vendor interface to insure system performance meets operational standards, adoption of system releases and UAT, and Tier 3 resolution.

  5. Use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions.

  6. Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex and unusual situations.

  7. Oversee development and execution of test plans to maintain quality of system processes and output and ensure procedural and testing / signoff documentation is maintained.

  8. Act as liaison between lines of business and Enterprise Technology partners to ensure requirements are understood and met, and resources are appropriately allocated to projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science and/or equivalent education and related training or experience

  2. Five years of experience in learning management systems SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Adobe Captivate Prime, or other industry leading LMS

  3. Working knowledge of SCORM and AICC for online learning, and minimal programming skills in HTML and SLQ queries

  4. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes or services

  5. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure

  6. Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges and to influence others to adopt a new perspective

  7. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems

  8. Knowledge of the industry’s competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and factors that shape the industry, and minimum of two years of experience with industry-leading Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS) including Saba, Sum Total, Kenexa, Xyleme, as well as administration of Virtual Learning Platforms such as Adobe Connect and Webex

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science or equivalent

  2. Experience with technology implementation project management

  3. Previous experience in the banking industry

  4. Previous experience working in an Agile environment

  5. Experienced with learning or talent reporting applications
