Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The Treasury Solutions Operations business unit spans the core functions of Implementations, Servicing, Fulfillment and Support Services for all Treasury & Payments Solutions. The Treasury Solutions Testing Team Lead is part of the Treasury Solutions Testing team. A Treasury Solutions Testing Team Lead is primarily responsible for leading end user testing for each of the core functions of Implementations, Servicing, fulfillment and support services in all projects, system release and/or enhancements. They are to ensure quality user acceptance testing of the Treasury Solutions products/applications to the Treasury Solutions Operations team. A Treasury Solutions Testing Team Lead provides direction and guidance to the Treasury Solutions Testing Specialists under direction of the Testing Manager. A Treasury Solutions Testing Lead will analyze requirements and technical designs to develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and usability of assigned initiatives. Initiatives may include new platforms, system enhancements, upgrades, regular maintenance, system problem resolutions and production validation. Reports directly to the Treasury Solutions Testing Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Oversee and develop test plans by working with other User Acceptance Test teammates, Project Managers, Lines of Business, Information Technology and users. Ensure established standards and guidelines are followed and meet the highest level of quality throughout the testing effort for all test deliverables. Develop, review and maintain test cases and test scripts/procedures from requirement documentation, specification documentation and/or business scenarios. Create and maintain project test schedule. Create and present overall project test status to the project team which includes project test schedule, list of defects and test execution status. Execute test scripts/procedures for validation and document test results. Contribute to the establishment of standards and procedures for program design and testing through recommendations and reviews. Work independently to compile, analyze and interpret data to make strategic and tactical recommendations to senior managers. Help maintain test management tools with our SIT and development partners. Provide management with reports on problem resolution and test progress. Provides advance level of technical support within and outside normal working hours. Attend training sessions, complete online tutorials and hands-on work to maintain current level of application proficiency. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reading professional publications and establishing personal networks. Proactively recognize the need for innovation/improvement and initiate efforts to explore alternative solutions Qualifications Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent education and related training. 4+ years of test lead experience on small to large complex projects with 2 years of banking experience. Knowledge of web security concepts. Ability to use test management tools, such as ALM. Mobile and tablet testing experience. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products. Clear, concise written and verbal skills. Solid teamwork skills. Strong work ethic. Ability to operate independently. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or Industry relationships with association board participation.
