The Truist Wealth Omni Digital Support Specialist is responsible for day-to-day support of wealth and investment digital experiences interacting with wealth and financial advisors, client service associates, digital teammates, technical teammates to answer questions, report and escalate technical issues and ensure business readiness. The Wealth Omni Digital Support Specialist understands key product functionality, operations, business, compliance and marketing processes and has practical experience to solve a range of teammate and client issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Address and triage advisor and support teammate inquiries on issues or concerns related to digital experiences on a daily basis; issues ranging from (but not limited to) enrollment, password resets, account visibility, features and functionality, and navigation.

  2. Deliver exceptional client and teammate service through phone and email channels

  3. Continuously assess feedback and participate in improvement projects as necessary, including providing business rules, testing support, and training on new enhancements

  4. Conduct training, demonstrations, and/or presentations to build adoption of digital experiences (to both clients and advisors), via co-browse, screen share, or emulation.

  5. Maintain issue logs to track patterns on client and teammate pain points that will be used to improve digital experiences

  6. Evangelizes the wealth digital strategy internally with stakeholders, advisors and support teammates

  7. Provide input into the creation and distribution of internal (teammate) and external (client) communications and training programs.

Required Qualifications:

1.Ability to solve problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment, and internal partnership/teamwork.

  1. Strong digital and technical skills, interest, and aptitude.

  2. Ability to communicate complex information simply

  3. Strong organizational skills – ability to stay maintain and execute against task lists

  4. Multitasker, works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines

  5. Execution-oriented, and able to complete tasks independently but also is a good team player

  6. Good presentation skills and comfort communicating with clients and advisors/support staff

  7. Bachelor’s degree

  8. 3+ years’ experience in the digital (web/mobile) or support team member

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years’ experience in financial services industry

  2. 3+ years of digital product management or sales experience

  3. Technology/software product development or project team experience
