Please review the following job description:
Responsible for the development and deployment of effective commercialization and change/readiness strategies. Partner with key stakeholders such as Product Management and Treasury Sales to understand the function and positioning of the new product/process/tool and the client and teammate markets impacted, and then lead efforts to effectively introduce the changes to maximize adoption and project return on investment.

Partner with the project team and other stakeholders to appropriately plan for change events
Ensure effectiveness through consideration of readiness, capacity to absorb change, bundling of related initiatives, unique stakeholder considerations, change leadership, etc.
Develop stakeholder and client analyses that identify change impacts and guide development of the launch approach
Lead the development of the launch strategy, ensuring alignment on the positioning, key benefits, and target clients by segment and industry
Develop, maintain and drive execution of the launch plan
Develop the messaging framework around the launch for use in reaching different audiences
Ensure key stakeholders are engaged and leveraged in the efforts to drive adoption
Partner with the project team to assess post launch effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures; proactively escalate issues and risks to senior leadership's attention
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
Knowledge of designing and implementing go-to-market/launch plans, including teammate engagement and readiness programs
5+ years of product management, product development or sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services, or equivalent experience such as financial services consulting
Project management experience
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizations and stakeholders to drive results
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth and broad knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or 5+ years project management experience
Master’s degree in Business Administration
