Please review the following job description:


Manage corporate space within Truist's system that allows us to track, allocate, adjust and maintain building drawings for accuracy in reporting. Maintain multiple databases which require integration from various systems. Support Real Estate Managers and Workplace Planners with move, add and changing of corporate workspace.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Develop detailed drawings which correlate to the existing workplace for tracking key performance indicators for tracking, allocating, adjusting and maintaining our building space information.

  2. Assist in the planning process for various corporate space initiatives which include moving, adding and the ever changing of our workplace environment.

  3. Manage the real estate systems and tools which include current metrics for Truist, as well as industry standard for benchmarking.

  4. Develop with continued innovation our real estate tools to streamline processes and information gathering to further assist with corporate optimization efforts.

  5. Report on corporate space, including but not limited to, vacancy, conference, community and headcount information at the property and line of business level.

  6. Assist with special projects which may require wholesale changes and implementation of new corporate space guidelines.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business or equivalent education and related training.

  2. Three to five years of relevant corporate architectural experience.

  3. Exceptional skills using architectural tools including operation and revising CAD drawings.

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Word, Power Point, Excel Access and familiar with multiple databases requiring integration.

  5. Ability to learn and adapt new software applications to incorporate into our existing databases for use in corporate real estate.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in business or related field.

  2. 5-10 years' experience in architectural design management within corporate real estate

  3. Experience in facility management, project management and/or financial services
