Provide support to ASD Relationship Managers, property management companies, associations and prospects. Identify operational needs of the business unit with a focus on analyzing processes, dissecting problems and suggesting solutions. Participate in department projects and events for new products, services or solutions. Attend meetings; provide input, offer ideas and solutions. Providing the Perfect Client Experience to external clients (e.g. management companies, associations and homeowners) and internal departments in non-client facing environment across the footprint
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert (SME) . Write operational procedures, instructions and document workflow changes.
Provide training to teammates. Serve as a mentor and share knowledge.
New products, processes and changes.
Monitor to ensure teammates are adhering to bank internal policies, procedures and instructions; report any deviation to management for review.
Maintain a high-level understanding of on-boarding relationship management setup, Automated Clearing House (ACH), Payment Remittance Processing (PRP), Web Vault and Lockbox
Provide input for teammate’s performance and hiring decisions.
Handle a large volume of calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist supervisor by creating detailed reports, logs and workflow processes and maintain daily and monthly activity reporting.

High School diploma or equivalent
Seven years of client services and sustained performance in a production position or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
To oversee operational activities while providing guidance and direction to teammates.
Make independent decisions and establish work priorities.
Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment
Ability to adapt to, and function in, a changing environment.
Ability to work in an area governed by production standards
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend. Identify operational needs of the business unit with a focus on analyzing processes, dissecting problems and suggesting solutions.
Handle a large volume of incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Working knowledge of Commercial Account Analysis statements, earning credits and fees and Treasury products.
Ability to manage Treasury daily processes and projects to include facilitating meetings and engaging management when applicable.
Three plus years of supervisory experience
Strong working knowledge of branch banking operations
Ability to identify risks, implement controls and monitor.
