Please review the following job description:
Under minimal supervision, handle general logistics and detail with regard to proper handling of title insurance products and real estate related services. Assist in the preparation, maintenance, reconcilement and distribution of reports. Provide assistance with oversight and guidance of personnel and processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1.Process insurance applications, commitments, policies, endorsements and other insurance documents in accordance with corporate policy, applicable laws and regulations
2.Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy account files and records, check, update and purge information as appropriate.
3.Perform computer data entry using agency automation system
4.Prepare account invoices in accordance with prescribed instructions
5.Maintain and operate a variety of office equipment
6.Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients and other affected parties
7.Act as liaison with all parties (e.g. client, attorney, underwriting company, lender, settlement company) to coordinate the smooth delivery of products and services.
8.May serve as or assist the “relationship manager” for key relationships.
9.Oversee processes and provide guidance and suggestions for improved efficiencies.
Required Skills and Competencies:

1.High school diploma or equivalent
2.Four years of related insurance experience
3.Automation system and data entry experience
4.Basic arithmetic and alpha-sorting skills
5.Present a positive image for the company at all times
6.Knowledge of or ability to learn Insurance Services’ automation system
7.Proper telephone etiquette and techniques
8.Proven ability to work under heavy workloads and critical deadlines
9.Diplomacy with the ability to help lead and motivate a production team
10.Maintain current license and/or certifications and meet all continuing education requirements
11.Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
12.Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
