Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Spanish (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Summary:Relationship Manager for the International NRA client segment (defined as clients with total investable assets > $5 million or individual annual revenue $50,000 or greater) including PEPs, PICS and select professional firms, managing a portfolio of approximately 50-100 clients. Proactively provides risk and investment management, strategic asset allocation, and financial and multi-generational estate and financial planning for all clients using the comprehensive suite of Wealth Management financial solutions and products with particular focus on Alternative Investments, Capital Markets, Multi-generational wealth planning and complex Advisory Credit opportunities. Coordinates relationships with other STI/Truist product specialists, including investments, trust, mortgage, insurance, etc, using a team approach in delivering solutions to client’s financial needs and to increase wallet share with assigned clients. Responsible for new client acquisition and ensures that current clients and prospects meet the Bank’s client suitability standards while adhering to all Bank policies and procedures. Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam when applicable, Life, and Variable insurance licenses. Candidates will have 60 days from their Start Date to transfer, or 100 days from their Start Date to acquire, all of the registrations and licenses required for this position. Ensures that appropriate continuing education requirements are met where needed. Is registered and maintains active, The Company sponsored registration in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLSR) and has been assigned a unique identifier number in compliance with the federal S.A.F.E. Act requirements. Minimum Requirements: Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of International, Financial and Wealth Services Industry knowledge or equivalent experience. Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills and basic credit experience required. International Travel is may be required. Spoken and written fluency in Spanish is required. Demonstrates basic investment knowledge. Has basic credit knowledge to personally deliver commercial credit and consumer credit to assigned clients. Possesses strong Deposit/General Banking knowledge to personally, or with support from appropriate specialists, deliver bank products such as deposits, credit cards, mortgages, etc to assigned clients. Solid knowledge of all wealth management products and services. Very strong client management skills with the ability to sell a wide range of products and services, and very strong to excellent Client Service Skills. Assertive in asking for business, developing leads and developing referral sources which includes Centers of Influence. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills (both English and Spanish). Well organized and flexible; able to adapt to change as well as determine and focus on top priorities in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Preferred Requirements:Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business major preferred. 7+ years of experience working with the International Client Segment as an Advisor.
