The Wholesale Payments Analyst Team Leader has direct management, leadership, and strategic responsibilities for team of Analysts and Associates within the Wholesale Payments organization.

The Analyst Team Leader works independently with considerable latitude, managing various initiatives and projects requiring coordination of resources and deadlines. Provides direct leadership to team in managing their role in fee income, client retention, new business development, service delivery, goal achievement, risk management and community engagement. Maintains collaborative relationships with peers and internal partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Direct team members to ensure exceptional enrollment of process and service delivery

  2. Grows total WP revenue through effective coaching, client engagement, collaboration, and partnership with internal partners/stakeholders

  3. Provides input on strategies for business, product, service, and implementation

  4. Oversees team recruitment, training, and development

  5. Partners with business partners to closely monitor and track volume, team performance and analyze trends

  6. Implements strategies and tactics to improve performance, efficiency, and partner engagement/interaction to drive revenue growth

  7. Lead/execute special projects and assignments as required

  8. Actively participate in the development of policies, programs, objectives, and strategic plans

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  2. At least 6 years of financial service experience

  3. At least 6 years of Treasury management sales experience

  4. In-depth to advanced knowledge and understanding of TM services

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Certified Treasury Professional or equivalent desired but not required
