Please review the following job description:

Teammates deliver Fixed Income Strategies, Analytics and Depository Financial Services to aid in driving revenue for the Fixed Income sales function. Work product includes, but not limited to, product sector or client coverage models, account budgeting/review/reassignment processes, performance metrics and reporting, and requisite coaching/performance development communications.

  1. Lead Technology initiatives to generate efficiencies in the sales management process

  2. Apply extensive industry/market/product knowledge to drive revenue production and business growth.

  3. Assume responsibility for responsibility for developing/administering required reporting for Fixed Income Sales Management, Sales, Trading and Strategies teams.

  4. Assist Sales Manager in Management (new account on-boarding/paperwork, budget & performance reviews) and Compliance functions (Trade Blotter, e-mail review, account assignment/reassignment)

  5. Work with Origination and Payroll teams to allocate sales commissions to non-ticketed deals

  6. Perform account budgeting functions and facilitate account review

  7. Oversee account management process to ensure data integrity in our systems

  8. BA/BS degree

  9. Strong software engineering skills in any language

  10. Series 7 and 63 licenses

  11. 7 years of related work experience

  12. Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products

  13. Advanced analytical and technical skills combined with a problem solving attitude

  14. Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely

  15. Strong partnering and leadership skills in a complex, matrixed environment
