Please review the following job description:
Teammates deliver Fixed Income Strategies, Analytics and Depository Financial Services to aid in driving revenue for the Fixed Income sales function. Work product includes, but not limited to, product sector or client coverage models, account budgeting/review/reassignment processes, performance metrics and reporting, and requisite coaching/performance development communications.
Lead Technology initiatives to generate efficiencies in the sales management process
Apply extensive industry/market/product knowledge to drive revenue production and business growth.
Assume responsibility for responsibility for developing/administering required reporting for Fixed Income Sales Management, Sales, Trading and Strategies teams.
Assist Sales Manager in Management (new account on-boarding/paperwork, budget & performance reviews) and Compliance functions (Trade Blotter, e-mail review, account assignment/reassignment)
Work with Origination and Payroll teams to allocate sales commissions to non-ticketed deals
Perform account budgeting functions and facilitate account review
Oversee account management process to ensure data integrity in our systems
Strong software engineering skills in any language
Series 7 and 63 licenses
7 years of related work experience
Advanced knowledge of industry, market, and products
Advanced analytical and technical skills combined with a problem solving attitude
Excellent interpersonal style, good listening skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Strong partnering and leadership skills in a complex, matrixed environment
