Please review the following job description:

Responsible for the integration and application of financial planning tools and concepts into the overall service model of a Financial Advisor team, as well as client engagement. Provides leadership to the Financial Advisor team, contributing to the short and long-term strategic planning and overall training of the team.


Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Implement the use of goals-based planning tools to quantify clients' objectives by meeting with clients and identifying individualized goals.

  2. Proficiently utilize firm-provided software that enables the officer to create, plan and provide ongoing updates.

  3. Lead or participate in client presentations and engagements centered on financial planning topics.

  4. Update client profiles and plans frequently and conduct annual reviews with the Financial Advisor.


Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training

  2. Must have a proven track record in relationship management and client service.

3.. Strong writing and presentation skills.

4.. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. JD, CPA, or equivalent education and related training

1.Willingness to pursue additional credentials such as the Certified Financial Planner Designation (CFP), CFA, CPWA, or LLM
