Please review the following job description:

Responsible for working closely with Treasury Consultants and Treasury Analysts serving as the liaison between clients, Treasury Sales, and Treasury Operations. Handle treasury related support requests, issues and concerns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Work with associated business partners across both Lines of Business (LOBs) and Product Groups under the guidance of Treasury Consultants and Treasury Analysts

  2. Work directly with clients and partner with Client Servicing partners, as needed, to resolve low to moderate client servicing problems

  3. Coordinate Sales Implementation with Client Onboarding partners

  4. Onboarding Systems entry, Salesforce entry and other sales tools support

  5. Documentation gathering and submissions; partner with LOB Relationship Specialists to ensure accuracy and timeliness

  6. Opportunity pipeline review and maintenance

  7. Execution, Operation, Performance and Strategy functions

  8. Involved in various projects as needed

  9. Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures. Proactively escalate issues and risks to senior leadership's attention

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, etc.)

  3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  4. Strong written and oral communication skills

  5. Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of related financial work experience

  2. Previous experience in Relationship Specialist role or Client Services
