Truist Securities is actively looking to add analysts to the Renewables team within our Energy group. This is an excellent opportunity to join an active group within an exciting industry. This position can be located in either New York or Atlanta.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This role involves client pitching and idea generation, supporting the structuring of client solutions, transaction execution and preparing presentations on relevant market themes and developments.Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Works closely with senior CIB professionals
Performs assigned duties with some independence, including but not limited to, due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development
Serve as a member of merger and acquisition and capital raising transaction teams, providing credit underwriting support, drafting information memoranda, developing management and investor presentations

Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
2 years of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
Direct renewables industry experience
Experience with financial models specific to Power and Renewables

The annual base salary for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. Additional incentive pay is available, as well as benefits that can be reviewed athttps://benefits.truist.com.
