Lead a team of incentive plan managers who consult with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, create project plans, and manage the timely and accurate implementation of incentive plan automation efforts. Manage high visibility and highly complex plans across multiple lines of business that significantly impact the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership and direction to incentive plan professionals in the project management and business analyst capacities as it relates to automation, development and modification of performance and incentive tracking of new/existing incentive plans. Oversee daily operations of team, including establishing priorities, developing standards, and ensuring deadlines are met.
Consult with key senior stakeholders and provide design direction, guidance, and implementation recommendations for complex projects and initiatives with significant business implications. Lead, manage, or support one or more of the following on any given initiative: business case development, organizational readiness assessment, risk assessment, project plan development and management, requirements gathering, and test strategy and execution.
Provide planning, leadership and project coordination in the development, ongoing maintenance and upgrades of incentive compensation management systems.
Act as a liaison between lines of business, configuration resources, Enterprise Technology, and Compensation partners to ensure requirements are accurately documented, understood, and met.
Work closely with upper-level managers from supported lines of business to ensure project plans and timelines are set appropriately.
Assign appropriate resources and work closely with the HR Managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are being met.
Direct and lead teammates to ensure effective planning, discovery, design and delivery of all system related projects and upgrades through the full project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and direction to teammates including performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring. Ensure teammates adhere to all internal and external policies and procedures, including SOX compliance.
Oversee development and execution of test plans to maintain quality of system processes and output.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems, IT or equivalent education and work
5 years of experience of project management experience with emphasis on executing project tasks to achieve on-time and on-budget implementations in a large corporate environment
5 years of experience and extensive knowledge in Incentive Compensation Management, or ten years of equivalent experience
Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to conceptualize HR application solutions to support business requirements
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to team members
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to express complex, multidisciplinary technical and business concepts in terms that are understandable to all levels within the business unit, technical unit, and corporate management
Experience designing, managing and executing on technology testing plans
Highly effective management and organizational skills
Ability to interact with a diverse set of business and technical associates throughout the organization, as well as outside vendors who support our systems
Master’s Degree in Business or Information Systems
Six Sigma Green Belt, CQIA or similar process improvement certification
Experience building relational databases
Experience with multiple large, full-scale, full life cycle implementations
Experience working in an Agile environment
