Summary: Partners with the Legal Client Advisors and Legal Relationship Managers who are responsible for generation and on-going management of a profitable loan, deposit, fee income, and non-interest income portfolio from attorneys through the development and retention of long term, profitable client relationships.
Coordinates with The Company product specialists on wealth products. Retains and strengthens current relationships and actively seeks to develop new business through prospecting, centers of influence, and client referrals. Ability to assess and be creative in providing total solutions to attorney clients. Have professional presence and gain visibility in the market. Meet and exceed sales goals in deposits, loans, point to point revenue growth, profitability and client acquisition and loyalty.
Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam as applicable Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses and SAFE Act registration. Teammates will have 60 days from their Start Date to transfer, or 100 days from their Start Date to acquire, all of the registrations and licenses required for this position. Ensures that appropriate continuing education requirements are met where needed.
Develops the overall client/prospect strategy to win and deepen relationships with attorneys. Collaborates with Legal Relationship Manager and Legal Client Advisor to develop the strategy for obtaining relationships with practicing attorneys within assigned law firms. Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Satisfies regulatory requirements for holding this position, including determination by The Company to meet the qualification standards imposed by the Loan Originator Compensation rule of the Truth in Lending Act.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Has strong consultative and client management skills with the ability to sell a wide range of products and services. Excellent oral, written, presentation and client service skills.
- 1 yr of banking experience. Proven success in the acquisition of new personal client relationships. Demonstrated experience and success in meeting sales goals, identifying and delivering on client needs.
Ability to obtain required licenses - Series 7, 66 and Life Health & Variable Insurance. Preferred Requirements:
3 yrs of banking experience.
