* This position is 100% on-site in Orlando, FL or Richmond, VA *

Provide video conferencing support to end-users on-site. May interact with production services, software systems engineering, applications support, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • 10% local travel – local/regional tech support/maintenance/troubleshooting work within 50 miles.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

  • Knowledge in information systems and ability to apply that knowledge in practice.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Ability to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.

  • Experience participating in IT projects.

  • Ability to communicate complex information in straightforward situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience.

  • Banking or financial services experience.

  • Experience with conferencing and meeting connectivity utilizing multiple platforms, including but not limited to: Zoom, Webex, Teams

  • Experience with video endpoints, including how to plan, build and run Cisco Room OS video conferencing endpoints and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)

  • Experience with audio visual production including staging, lighting, run of show, calling the show

  • Audio and camera experience

  • Experience with A/V equipment such as Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure; projectors such as Epson, NEC; BrightSign

  • PC experience with MS Office products (Outlook and Teams), Webex, Clickshare, ServiceNow

  • Mobile device experience with iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills of MobileIron, Authenticator, Apps@work, Web@work, Email+, Webex app, Teams app, RSA soft token
