Works with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, as well as LOBs to collect requirements, create dashboards, monitor and perform analytics. Collaborate with key team stakeholders and senior management to drive initiatives to completion, enhance security standards, integrate solutions and maintain the strategic direction of Cybersecurity. Responsible for gathering requirements for reporting needs, creating custom reports, creating self-service reports and tracking control sustainability evidence. Coordinate and partner with other reporting teams to ensure internal team requirements are met. Support business operations

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Produce reports or package of reports utilizing databases, data assets, applications and more to provide information to business leaders. Reports may be in the form of standardized dashboards or customized views of data upon request.

  • Ensure data pulled is consistent with business needs/requests.

  • Apply knowledge of the business to customize reports and deliver meaningful information.

  • Review report to identify data integrity issues and provide feedback to application/database administrators to ensure any issues are addressed.

  • Answer questions from end-users of reports to provide additional context.

  • Reporting may be focused on regulatory matters, operational metrics, and productivity metrics

  • Apply a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end data processes/flows and concepts to implement frameworks, processes, controls, models, and solutions to ensure data is effectively managed across the organization or within a specific business unit.

  • Drive automation & process optimization with focus on process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Support business operations function as needed.

  • Advise and consult on options, improvements, cost savings opportunities and cross-project impact to other business processes and systems priorities.

  • Remain aware of the corporate technology, infrastructure, standards, processes, and strategic direction and use these tools to help guide the client in accomplishing their business goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology related field or equivalent education and related training

  • More than seven years of demonstrated progressive experience in Cybersecurity, with emphasis on data lost prevention, vulnerability management, access management, firewalls, security awareness training, etc.

  • Excellent ability to express complex multi-disciplinary technical and business concepts in terms that are understandable to all levels of Lines of Business and corporate management both verbally and in writing

  • Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity terms, concepts, disciplines, frameworks, best practices and industry/regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or MBA

  • Previous experience in the banking industry

  • Experience conducting, preparing and presenting analysis, findings and recommendations

  • Cyber security certifications such a CISA, CISSP, SEC+ Experience producing reports, dashboards

  • Experience with Tableau, ServiceNow, Qualys, and Kenna
