* This position is office based in Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA *

Build and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery framework services for existing and new software applications. The focus is on creating self-service systems, bootstrapping and teaching, while providing traditional production support for the platforms and framework. Configure and implement Email Messaging platforms for use within Truist.  Partner with the Messaging service owner to create and implement solutions that meet business requirements and integrate into the ecosystem application of our clients.  Will include participating in the implementation of integration strategies, configuring Exchange on-prem, Exchange Online and message flow/hygiene applications.  Create build documentation and supporting governance.  Partner with other teams to set retention, protect data, and best practices.  Must know Exchange 2019, Exchange Online, Proofpoint and Cisco Ironport. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Manage and maintain Exchange Online with in the M365 Truist tenants

  2. Manage and maintain Exchange 2019

  3. Configure, manage and maintain Truist DKIM/DMARK

  4. Manage Truist email message flow applications

  5. Develop PowerShell scripts for the team as needed

  6. Tier 3 support for messaging applications

  7. Coordinate the installation and application enhancements and/or releases

  8. Plan and execute appropriate testing (e.g. test plans, test cases, and test scripts) to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business applications

  9. Expand or modify applications to serve new purposes or improve workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent education and related training

  2. Six years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design

  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  4. Ability to work independently or as a member of a team

  5. Ability to direct and train other team associates

  6. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
