The primary function of the Senior Fiduciary Tax Liaison is to coordinate between estate and charitable administrators and outsourcing partners in regards to all aspects of tax compliance and reporting for agency, investment management, custodial, estate and trust accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews estate, individual, generation skipping, and trust returns prepared by vendor(s) for executor account relationships
Reviews tax information/returns prepared by tax vendor and guides vendor for any and all necessary corrections
Advises and assists estate administration teammates on tax planning issues
Reviews foundation and unitrust returns prepared by vendor
Calculates RMD for foundations and payouts on unitrusts
Reviews discrepancy and data analysis reports generated from the trust accounting system and the tax system
Handles special projects as assigned
Addresses questions from administrators, investment advisors, relationship managers, and clients

10+ years of estate tax and/or charitable and fiduciary tax experience
Ability to work in OneSource Trust Tax
Ability to work in SEI 3000
Estate, Trust, Unitrust, Foundation, Individual and information reporting experience
Excel experience including pivot tables and V-lookups
Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
