Process accounts that are in default and secured by collateral to minimize loss to Bank. Adhere to Government regulations, state laws and Bank requirements as it relates to real-estate foreclosures and auto/rv/marine repossessions. Support clients which may include escalated calls, payment negotiations, collaborate with vendors and internal business partners. Process required paperwork and use various tools and systems to help make decisions throughout the workflow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Independently process accounts secured by collateral that are in varying stages of default to work towards resolution. Prepare, review and/or analyze department reporting.
Services Inbound and Outbound calls to help resolve delinquent accounts by taking payments over the phone, or setting up payment arrangements.
Leverage multiple systems/business tools to perform skip tracing tasks and work repossession assignments.
Maintain positive and professional working relationships between peers, manager, clients, internal partners, and vendors ( repo agents, etc)
Meet/exceed monthly teammate performance metrics (productive/quality) and some department level metrics as defined by manager.
Support departmental controls for process adherence and KRI results.
Evaluate accounts, system info and reporting to determine appropriate next steps

High school diploma/GED
1+ years of banking, default, and/or client services experience.
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and multi-task.
Demonstrate basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products and familiar with internal job related systems.
1+ years Repossession, Foreclosure, or Default specific experience
2+ years ofbanking, default, and/or client services experience
Higher level/secondary education, some college or Associates degree, etc.
