JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading a group of Bankruptcy Production Specialists under on singular focus of Truist Bankruptcy Management. Provide training to new Bankruptcy Production Specialists and provide ongoing assistance in the handling of complex matters/accounts. Act as a liaison between Specialists and management with teammate development and communication. Ensure the accomplishment of timely bankruptcy documents in accordance with Truist Bankruptcy Management procedures and federal/state mandates. Mastery of all levels of the Bankruptcy Production Specialist role is needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with training new Specialists to ensure strong understanding of policies, processes, and procedures.
Assist Bankruptcy Managers and give feedback in completing performance evaluations.
Recommend changes and improvements in procedures and assist in updates of policy and procedure guides.
Assist in on-going monitoring and providing feedback to Bankruptcy Production Specialists to ensure compliance with established procedures.
Assist in leading segments of team and group meetings.
Handle more complex issues arising from Bankruptcy Production Specialists.
Communicate regularly with the Bankruptcy Manager regarding progress of new teammates.
Assist in creating and analyzing production reports.
Excels in all facets of the duties and responsibilities of all other Bankruptcy Production Specialist roles.
Meet/exceed all performance metrics established by Bankruptcy and Default Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
Two years of bankruptcy experience and/or...
Mastery of all skills expected at the Bankruptcy Production Specialist II roll.
Strong communications and analytical skills
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Solid understanding of bankruptcy procedures
Exceptional when participating in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's paralegal degree or two years of legal secretarial or bankruptcy paralegal training, or
Bachelor's degree
