Responsible working loans that have completed the foreclosure or loss mitigation process or have been marked for charge off. Duties will include but are not limited to ordering appraisals, filing post-foreclosure sale claims, addressing property related issues, and performing internal quality reviews.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Order appraisals and work with vendors to address issues and ensure timely completion. File investor and insurer claims, including hazard insurance claims, and monitor for funds receipt Prepare documentation on completed foreclosure sales and deeds in lieu of foreclosure for transfer of bank owned properties to the OREO department Work with vendors to ensure properties are maintained in accordance with local ordinance requirements as well as investor guidelines Review losses incurred on loans to determine root cause and escalate gaps found to management Perform internal quality assurance review on completed work Ensure all internal and external guidelines are met Maintain quality, productivity, and attendance standards All other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalentTwo or more years of experience in Mortgage Servicing, Default, Risk, Quality Assurance, or Finance or equivalent education. Knowledge of mortgage servicing and default applications Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and decision making skills.Experience with online collaboration platforms such as WebEx, Skype, or GoToMeeting
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics Prior mortgage default experience General knowledge of investor and insurer mortgage servicing guidelines General knowledge of mortgage servicing applications
