Will train Lightstream teammates
Manages department/functions with a moderate to high level of technical complexity and high potential of risk to the client and company and very broad in scope across the enterprise.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Focuses on the achievement of the most efficient disposition /resolution of complex daily work, assuring handling in a timely compliant manner to mitigate and control risk. Leads and coordinates department projects and is a participant in goal planning for the division. Acts as a liaison with internal clients and vendors to enhance service requirements and processes. Develops and executes training programs for teammates within their department and manages the eligibility of teammates for promotion based on training performance. Measures teammate adherence to job expectations by performing monthly reviews of application/account handling and client calls to determine if the teammate is following processes and procedures for their role and the department. Identifies system bugs and suggests enhancements that will improve efficiency of the team. Works with technology capability team to implement change. Participates in user acceptance testing and releases and prepares training for the team for system change.

High School Diploma, or equivalent education and related training and experience. 6 years’ experience in banking operations or retail/commercial banking. 3 year managerial or supervisory experience. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and communication and analytical skills. Intermediate PC skills to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Project. Ability to prioritize, delegate, follow up and expedite all issues daily. Ability to motivate employees and client groups to take desired action. Experience with project coordination and budget preparation. Excellent knowledge of financial industry applicable laws such as Patriot Act, AML and BSA. Experience with SOX reporting and audits.
College Degree with a focus in Business, or Accounting or 4 years management experience in a related area of bank operations. Experience within banking operations.
