Responsible for ownership and management of a critical function with a moderate to high level of complexity and risk, and a limited scope within a purpose driven ATM Channel Operations sub-group or Team. Fosters relationship building by using excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and exhibiting the flexibility/adaptability to work within a matrix mgmt. environment without direct reports.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Responsible for planning, organization, leadership, and risk mitigation of an assigned critical function as delegated by the ATM Channel Operations Senior Manager or Operations Manager w/Staff

  2. Accomplishes critical function objectives within schedule deadlines through influencing and interactions with process stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination occurs between teammates, stakeholders, and third party vendor partners

  3. Makes decisions within assigned critical function regarding business rules, workflow, preparation of procedures, and timely delivery of services and oversees the quality of delivery striving to exceed standards

  4. Informs and influences ATM Channel strategy with fleet performance optimization and technology/tool enhancement requests

  5. Subject matter expertise and management of assigned critical function including ATM monitoring applications, third party contract and SLA performance adherence, ATM Channel process performance data analytics, and asset management toolsets and databases

  6. Manage assigned critical function activities adhering to principles of Lean thinking and process simplification

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. 3 years' experience in a related field of banking operations or retail/commercial banking

  2. Attention to detail and solid project management, research, or specialized technical skillsets .

  3. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret moderately complex business situations.

  4. Strong collaboration, persuasion, negotiating and relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to create and execute action plans

  5. Ability to motivate peers, subordinates, and third party vendor partner groups to take desired action.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. College degree with a focus on business, logistics, or engineering

  2. 3 years of back office financial services industry, business process analytics, or technology project management experience

  3. Specific certification in the area of process improvement, change management, hardware asset mgmt.
