Please review the following job description:
Serve as a liaison between the Merchant Sales Channel and outside vendors and VAR partners in order to coordinate and establish merchant clients on the Truist platform. Manage incoming directives from other channels as needed to maintain and support these relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a thorough and comprehensive understanding of all internal and external electronic payment processing systems in order to understand the functionality and performance of each data element modified and entered into these systems. Develop and maintain a thorough and comprehensive understanding of all products, services, and pricing strategies used by the Merchant Services line of business. Work with internal clients (i.e. Sales, Underwriting, Financial Ops, Account Mgmt, etc.) to resolve complex or escalated boarding and servicing issues. Prioritize and complete boarding, maintenance, and quality assurance items quickly and accurately. Qualifications

Associate’s degree in a related field, or equivalent education or related training or experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a detailed oriented environment.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.Proficiency in order entry systems, as well as basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
